June 2025 Mission: Nonmony Pagoda, Phnom Penh

We visited Nonmony Pagoda in Stung Mean Chey and provided emergency veterinary care, spay and neuter surgeries, vaccinations, deworming and parasite treatments to animals living there. 

Our PPAWS mission team spent 2 days in Nonmony Pagoda for our monthly mission, sponsored by our long-term supporters WUFAW – Women United for Animal Welfare. 

On this mission we completed:
🐾 14 cat spays
🐾 13 cat castrations
🐾 1 dog castration
🐾 29 rabies vaccines
🐾 30 deworming, flea and tick treatments

We worked with a Phnom Penh-based rescuer who took some cat patients back to their shelter for their recovery period. We’d like to thank WUFAW for their ongoing support of our missions, and to everyone who helped make this mission possible.
